In this interactive game you will read through several pieces of legislation.  For each bill that you read you must decide what group of people benefits most from the bill and stamp it.  After you have gone through each bill you will choose three bills that represents the highest amount of your constituents.

When you finish the game, print out the certificate, write your name at the top and turn it in to me.

Read all instructions through the game so you will not be confused.  Ask me if you need help.

The Legislative Process

    Today you will be looking at how a bill actually becomes a law.  Open the link at the bottom of the page.  Click on the picture next to "The Dynamic Legislative Process".  Work through the 6 different sections on the right of the screen.  In the introduction you will find the answers to the "Testing Your Knowledge" questions.  The chart on your first page can be found under section 2.  The answers for page 2 can be found under section 4.  If you have any questions please ask.  Turn in your paper when you are finished.
